  • GoodSearch is the search facility offered by GoodShop, a shopping discount/voucher site
  • Each search you make on GoodSearch's search box redirects you to Yahoo! search via GoodSearch's affiliate link
  • GoodSearch earn a small commission when you click on any ads on Yahoo!
  • GoodSearch donate the lesser of $0.01 per search or 50% of their revenues to charity
  • GoodSearch have more than 110,000+ charities and organizations listed, ranging from national charities to local schools and community groups.
  • You can also add your school as an organization and earn money towards your school
  • GoodShop only work with US and international organizations which have US-based offices.
  • You can only choose to support one charity or organization at a time, but you can change it whenever you choose
  • Major charities include WWF, UNICEF, American Red Cross, USO, American Cancer Society and ASPCA
  • Yahoo! Search provides lots of rich content, including images, videos, news, maps and more (and is powered by Bing)
  • The main GoodShop site tracks your purchases on over 5,000 online stores and lets you earn cashback from the purchases you make. Alternatively, you can have this cashback donated to your chosen charity or organization.
  • An account is required to earn cashback - cashback is not available from the GoodSearch search box, only from online purchases. This is paid out via Paypal.
  • Use of the GoodShop search box also allows you to earn credits towards Amazon gift cards (delivered digitally) and Apple App Store credit (account required).
  • Visit the charities page (https://www.goodshop.com/choosecause) for a list of the supported charities and to see the amounts raised for each
  • A Firefox browser extension is available that sets Goodsearch as your browser's default search engine
  • Goodsearch claim to have raised over $13m for charity so far, although a large portion of this seems to have come from their main shopping/voucher code site at Goodshop, and not just their search engine.
